Bookings for live shows, private events, or workshops are subject to availability and confirmation by Outback Chuckles Co. Specific terms for each service, including payment schedules, cancellation policies, and deliverables, will be detailed in a separate agreement or booking confirmation.

For talent management, a separate artist management agreement will govern the terms of representation. For podcast production, specific project agreements will be established.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all payments for services must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment schedules and methods will be specified in your booking confirmation or service agreement. Failure to make payments by the due date may result in cancellation of services or imposition of late fees.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service and will be clearly outlined in your specific service agreement or booking details. Generally, cancellations made within a specified period before an event or service commencement may incur a cancellation fee or result in forfeiture of deposits. Outback Chuckles Co. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case efforts will be made to offer alternative dates or appropriate refunds.

All content, performances, and materials produced by Outback Chuckles Co. as part of our services, including but not limited to comedy routines, workshop materials, and podcast content, are the intellectual property of Outback Chuckles Co. or its represented artists. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Clients understand and agree that any intellectual property developed during workshops remains the property of the creator, though Outback Chuckles Co. may require certain usage rights as part of participation agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

Outback Chuckles Co. will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use our services. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee the absolute satisfaction of all comedy performances or the success of individual artists.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outback Chuckles Co. and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
